dog-behaviourist-150x150Mark founded dogs anonymous “it’s rehab for dogs” in 2008 with a goal of making quality home dog training affordable for everyone and fast forward ten years he still has one of the most affordale prices in Sydney. As with a lot of other businesses there comes a time to rebrand. So in 2018 our business name was changed to The Sydney Dog Trainer. Mark has attended training seminars and courses conducted by some of Australia’s foremost animal trainers, such as KerriHaynes-Lovell (Seaworld’s Ping the polar bear’s trainer) and Peta Clarke (most notable for her amazing work with birds).  Mark has conducted puppy school classes, has a Certificate in Animal Training from Tafe and has  attended the Delta Society’s, professional development Canine Good Citizen Knowledge Based Seminar.  Mark has completed the National Dog Trainers Federation 22214VIC Certificate III Dog behaviour and Training, Australia’s only government accredited, nationally recognised, dog trainer certification course.  The 22214VIC Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training is Australia’s longest running and most comprehensive dog trainer certification program. DELTA* K9 Trainer


IMG_0048.JPGLinda grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches where she completed her Higher School Certificate and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing.  Her studies continued to the attainment of a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Management at UTS.

Linda has completed the Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services run by Delta Australia, the only nationally accredited companion animal course in Australia.  She has been an obedience and pet dog instructor with the Manly & District Kennel & Dog Training Club for over 4 years and is a member of APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers).  She has trialled dogs in the obedience ring, administers obedience trails and has trained dogs in agility. Linda first started dog training when she was 14, when she trained her first rough collie named “Sherri”.
