No you don’t. For the past several years there has been a vaccine available that will have your puppy fully immune during the socialisation period. That means you can SAFELY socialise your puppy without ever having to step inside a puppy class.
You still need to know how to train your puppy. A home visit will cover all the important things you need to know to get your puppy off to a great start like toilet training, basic obedience, puppy biting
Absolutely! Puppy training sessions take place mostly on the weekend when you’re not at work and your kids are not at school! If you would rather a weekday or evening session, just let me know. Just think of it, a 2hr session where the trainer comes to you! NO MORE SCHOOL NIGHTS of puppy school over 4 WEEKS!
Put simply, the visit is tailored to you. I can get to see the layout of your house and give you a custom toilet training plan where as a group trainer would only be giving generic information.
I am able to have a quick look around your puppy’s environment and let you know if there is anything you need change.
The session is fun, stress free ( I do the driving ), takes place in the comfort of your own home.
Glad you asked! The reason it is possible is because my 2hr session is with your family, not 6 other families! Your family has my undivided attention for 2hrs or 120 mins.
Compare this to a group class. In a 60 min class with 6 families the average one on one time you will have with the trainer will be only 10 minutes. Now lets multiply this by 4 weeks and you’ll only get an average total of 40 minutes of one on one time.
Private 1 Family 120 min vs Group 6 Families 10min x 4wks = 40 min
Difference in one on one time = 80 mins
